Hypro Introduces the New 2” & 3” Aluminum Transfer Pump Series with NPT Ports

New Brighton, MN, December 15, 2011 – Hypro's new 2” & 3” aluminum transfer pumps are ideal for flood water removal, lawn and garden watering and pond filling. The 1540 series of aluminum transfer pumps is driven by a reliable, field-proven PowerPro™ engine, and now comes with NPT pump ports.

This pump series has self-priming capabilities with maximum suction lift up to 23 feet/7.01 meters. Our trash pump can handle solid particles in suspension up to 1-1/8” diameter, while the transfer version pump models handle solids up to 3/8”. The pump head kits mount to a standard 4-7 HP gas engine with SAEj609a mounts (3/4" keyed shaft).
